Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zero Fault Ninja website (zerofault.ninja) and the ZFN mod for Trials Fusion (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Not affiliated with Ubisoft

Zero Fault Ninja is an independent, community-run, non-commercial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Ubisoft, RedLynx, or any official Trials product. "Trials Fusion" and all related names, marks, and content are the property of their respective owners. The mod is an unofficial modification provided by and for the community.

Use at your own risk

The ZFN mod modifies how Trials Fusion runs on your computer. You install and use it at your own risk. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from using the mod, including but not limited to game instability, data loss, or any consequences related to the game's own terms or online services. Always keep backups of your game files.

Accounts

To use certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being used abusively.

User-submitted content

The Service lets you submit content such as run records, display names, notes, and video links. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to submit it. Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove any content, and suspend accounts, at our discretion.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, showing your runs on leaderboards and profiles).

Archived tracks and intellectual property

The Service archives user-created Trials Fusion tracks for preservation and community access. If you are a track creator and want your content removed, or if you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us (see below) and we will review the request and remove content where appropriate.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Do not use the Service to submit falsified run data or otherwise manipulate leaderboards in bad faith.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data for commercial purposes.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any archived content will remain available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero Fault Ninja and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because this is a free, community-run project, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to use the Service, which is zero.

Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
